Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Custom orders may require additional processing time. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

Canada Free shipping is available on some specialty items (lip balm 4-pack, seed packs, and pins) ship free via standard shipping. Canada Post carrier rates apply where free shipping is not available.

United States We ship to the US via Canada Post carrier rates. Pins ship via standard lettermail for $2 CAD.

United Kingdom We ship to the UK via Canada Post carrier rates.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available in East Vancouver (East Van). Select "Local Pickup" at checkout if you'd like to collect your order in person.

Fragile Items Products containing glass jars are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Despite our best efforts, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom Orders Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time beyond our standard 2–3 working days. We'll keep you updated on your order's progress.
